This cabin is located in the Mt. Baker Rim gated community in Glacier, WA. The 1st floor of this cozy 2-story cabin features an open living/dining area with a great open hearth wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided), a well-equipped kitchen providing a 4-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and basic cookware/flatware/glassware; one bedroom with a queen-size bed, one full bathroom, and a laundry cubby with full-size washer and dryer. The 2nd floor is an open loft sleeping area overlooking the living area and includes 1 double-size and 2 single-size beds. And last but not least, on the back of the cabin you will find a great deck providing a gas grill and a private hot tub for all your outdoor cooking and relaxation needs. This vacation property will sleep 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Now with WIFI!
Glacier, WA is encompassed with the Mount Baker Recreation Area which is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don’t forget your camera…the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, WIFI service can be affected by atmospheric conditions. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

SKIING/SNOWBOARDING/SNOW-SHOEING/SNOWMOBILING: With record snow falls up to 1100 inches in one season – the Mt. Baker Ski Area has the world record for snowfall. Come check out our slopes and trails for the best powder!
HIKING: View the gorgeous scenery at your own pace. Mt. Baker hosts multiple hiking trails, from easy stretches to “experienced only” trekking. The Pacific Crest trail goes right through the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie Forest. Check out the trail conditions at the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest or at the Mt. Baker Hiking Club’s website. Take guided hikes and meet fellow hikers!

SWIMMING: Nothing is better in hot weather than cooling off with a swim. Several of our homes have access to community swimming pools or you can visit Silver Lake Park. Make a SPLASH!

Cancelation policy
If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (which ever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment*; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*.
*Unless the vacation property(ies) can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (which ever amount is greater) will apply.
Winter Holiday Bookings and Cancellations – All bookings for the period of December 15 – January 2 require payment in full by December 1st. If cancelled on or prior to November 15th, the Advance Reservation Payment will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (which ever amount is greater). From November 16th through November 30th, the Advance Reservation Payment will be forfeited unless the home(s) can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (which ever amount is greater) will apply. On or after December 1st, guests will forfeit the entire rental amount unless the home(s) can be re-booked, in which case only the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (which ever amount is greater) will apply.
Rules
An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is required to reserve. The remaining balance is due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled arrival date, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.
Maximum occupancy limits strictly enforced. Reservations are subject to a 2 night minimum stay during regular periods and a 3 night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. Rates vary from season to season and during holidays. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in.
Quit times are between 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time.
Housekeeping services are not available during your stay.
All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information.
