We are a new family-owned restaurant offering whole food plant-based dishes for optimal health including delicious breakfast items like gluten-free crepes, waffles, cream cheese muffins, and more. The wide range of cooked and raw vegan creations made in our scratch kitchen are also free of refined sugar, refined grains and flours, and are very rich in nutrients, with many gluten-free options. We use high quality organic non-GMO ingredients and filtered water. Our coffee is made from roasted chicory root that has an anti-inflammatory effect. We practice and emphasize healthy and natural lifestyle so you’ll find many things sold here that help to support that. We also have organic produce available for purchase. We package many of the things we serve as part of our menu, such as our homemade seitan, bratwursts, sprouted lentil chorizo, cashew and sunflower sour cream, cashew blueberry cream cheese, nut and seed milk, etc. Many of our dishes gluten-free. We also offer healthy sugar-free desserts and Hemp/CBD oil. We offer Meal Plans, Juice Plans and nutritional/lifestyle consultations. We are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Coming from a corporate and medical backgrounds we realized that our passion was in helping people be healthy and promoting joy and peace. Still new, the cafe is transforming constantly; we keep adding new dishes, trying new concepts. At the juncture, Purple Sprout is a fusion of a sit-down restaurant and a Grab-n-Go convenience shop.

And then I realized I wanted to share this with others.” Karim: “Coming from the medical field I enjoy combining my western medicine knowledge with eastern medicine training. It’s amazing how much health can be gained through eating the right way.” Our two small children are a big part of everything we do so you are likely to see them here a lot.
