Located in one of Brooklyn’s most sought after up and coming neighborhoods, Bed Stuy, this brand new conscious vegan housing community is located on a charming tree lined brownstone street and features 3 full floors with original early century detail, high ceilings, 6 fire places, 8 private bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 communal spaces, brick walls, hardwood floors, claw bath tubs, sky lights, chandeliers, wood shutters, large windows boasting an abundance of light, brand new french style windows, a charming front yard and a sun flooded garden that can be used for sustainable organic produce and vegetable farming by all house members.

Members will have their own private bedroom and access to the entire building and garden.
The house comes fully furnished with beautiful brand new furniture, super comfy Green Tea and LinenSpa beds (queen), cruelty-free pillows & comforters, linens, iron, iron board, a library with conscious and plant-based books/magazines/newspapers, and more.

All kitchens come fully stocked with an oven, stove, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, silverware, glassware, pots, pans and an exploration of an organic interior farming garden is underway.

The rent includes Wifi, Electricity, Heat, AC, Hot & Cold Water, Washer and Dryer.

12 minute walk to the J Train @Kosciuszko and 12 minute walk to the A & C Train @Utica.

Community members have the choice to form a board in order to mutually agree on hosting vegan plant-based conscious events (up to 50 ppl) such as dinners, garden gatherings, nutritional/cooking classes, art exhibits, yoga classes, cacao ceremonies, healing sessions, book circles, immersive theatre, film screenings, talks, lectures, barter exchanges and more (contingent upon owner/my approval). Any donations/contributions will go to the house members.

This is a judgment-free home that welcomes all beings regardless of their gender, race, age, sexual orientation and lifestyle choices. All who are kind, plant-based, conscious, compassionate, mindful, open minded and open hearted qualify to become a member of this house. Must Love and Respect Animals and Mother Earth.

The house welcomes all rescued animals without any restriction on breed and size, as long as they are adopted and not bought, not captivated (tanks, chains), are compatible with all existing furry house members and their parents comply with laws (e.g. no wildlife, captured animals).

100% of all Net rental income (after mortgage, taxes, insurance, expenses) will go towards vegan intentional awareness, rescue and empowerment projects in Greece.
