Review of the correct vinyasa of sun salutations and standing positions.
Backbending, how to find a solid basis in these asanas, to feel free to let ourselves go backwards.
Jump Back and Jump through, learn to cultivate the correct movements to build “jumps” in practice and make it more fluid.

Giulia has been teaching Ashtanga Yoga since 2013 in Belluno and in the province, Belluno is the city where she lives and symbol of the Dolomites; in 2018 she founded Ashtanga Belluno ASD together with some colleagues and friends, opening a space dedicated to practice, since then she leads daily guided classes, Mysore classes and workshops at the association’s Shala.
Over the years she has practiced with some of the best Italian and international Ashtanga teachers, including Gabriele Severini, Anne Nuotio, Manju Jois, Susanna Finocchi, Riccardo Gherardi and Ty Landrum; since 2017 she regularly follows the teachings of Ty Landrum, finding in them the most intense and profound approach towards this practice.
In her personal practice and during lessons, she turns her attention to the ability to keep her postures stable and rooted, keeping her breath free to move and flow, thus obtaining a general feeling of openness and receptivity.
She accompanies her asana practice to mindfulness meditation, an excellent tool to bring the search for space and awareness, in body and mind, to deeper levels, together with the practice of Yoga.
In her classes she tries to bring students to develop a personal and non-dogmatic path, using the different techniques to live more serenely, both when climbing on the mat, and when returning to daily commitments, learning day after day not to get overwhelmed and distort from them.
“Good” is a ROUND word. When a child says, “it’s GOOD,” he tells of a world untouched, pure, essential.
“You’re good,” means: “I can trust, I feel safe.” This is true for humans, but also for nourishment.
A child is master of the essential innate ideas. Adults need to relearn to feel, to savor the taste of food connected to the taste of life.
