Mill Valley studio Cottage

Think beach cottage…Looking for one quiet clean person to sublease my furnished studio cottage this summer.
Available starting June 24 or so, it’s possible that my time away will be extended. There might also be the opportunity to take over the lease toward the end of September. Month to month. Rent is $2300/month and includes utilities as well as WIFI. No TV but cable can possibly be arranged.

The cottage consists of one main room, a good size sit-in kitchen, and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. There is no laundry on site. It has its own gated entrance, very private covered deck and sunny patio. Off-street parking possibly available.
Located right off of Tiburon Boulevard in the Strawberry neighborhood of Mill Valley, two minutes from 101, one minute away from The Cove shopping center and the Strawberry community center with pool and tennis, five minutes from Strawberry shopping center, 10 minutes from downtown Mill Valley and right on the Tiburon peninsula; A bay trail is right around the corner as well as a kayak/paddle board launch.

It’s appointed in light colors with the basics (think fashionable mason jars in lieu of proper glasses!) such as a very comfortable queen size bed ( 8 months old firm organic latex mattress). Several closets will be empty so there’ll be lots of room to settle in

(Personal toiletry, clothes, shoes, etc…have been removed).

Month-to-month sublease agreement requested. Also requested are three references (ideally local), as well as rent and a security deposit of same amount plus a cleaning deposit of $250. No pets, no smoking of any kind, no parties.

You're on your own! But no worries, Good Earth has many delicious vegan all organic foods, prepared or not. Veggie Grill is around the corner as well as many others. I'm vegan and love making my own cultured and sprouted foods.

This is a very private peaceful sanctuary with its own patio and covered deck, currently only available until early to late September, to be discussed and confirmed. Please also confirm you are the quiet type (no loud music or late nights and no guests over). PLEASE, NO PETS. Also let me know in advance if you have any environmental allergies such as pollen, animal dandruff, latex, chemicals, etc...so we can make sure you'll be comfortable here. I keep a clean house and expect the same. Bimonthly housekeeping can be arranged.
