Health
Our therapies are designed to heal mind, body and soul and bring them into balance. In order to achieve this you need untouched nature, healthy raw vegan cuisine and a friendly get-together with likeminded people.
Whether you will choose a fasting cure, yoga and meditation or other therapies – you will find the right choice. Nutrition counseling is included in all therapies.
Wellness
Relax in the spa of our hotel including 2 saunas, solarium a big swimming pool and more. Experienced staff can spoil you with massages or water gymnastics.
Sport
Bad Grund is famous for its long and hard mountain bike tracks that turn into a cross-country ski-track paradise in winter. The owner of the house runs marathons himself and offers the option of guided runs through the beautiful nature. Cross-country skis and bicycles can be rented.
